Yes, Mac is 30 years as a chef, training in Michelin-starred restaurants, working as head chef in prestigious restaurants and travelling the world to expand his knowledge of how locals cook with spices.

David has also blended spices with a fascination for cooking international cuisine and BBQ's for 30 years too.  He's also a graphics designer and IT wiz which is where our pairing work so well.

We created our own range of hand-blended spices for people who love to cook and want that more authentic taste that comes with quality ingredients.

We've literally spent years perfecting our blends and we get great feedback from our customers.
