Our policy is simple, we want your experience with us to be a happy one, no matter what you decide. We want you to love your own brand of spices as much as we do.  If you're not 100% happy with our service or products then we'll either make it right or if not...

If your customers don't love them

If the spices we use aren't fresh enough

In fact no matter the reason you can send them back

for a full refund, if they're not for you then we fully

understand and we thank you for giving them ago

Just let us know by giving us a call and if we can't make it right we'll happily take back stock and refund everything you don't sell.
